01 How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by cash on delivery, bKash, or Nagad. For cash on delivery, pay when the parcel arrives. For bKash or Nagad, place the order first, then send the total amount to +880 1615437703 and use your order number as the payment reference. Mobile payments are confirmed after Trishma verifies them.
02 How long will delivery take?
Orders are normally confirmed within one working day and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery inside Dhaka usually takes 2–3 working days, while delivery to other districts may take 3–5 working days. Your delivery charge is shown before you place the order.
03 How can I track my order?
Open the Track order page from the website menu. Enter the order number you received after checkout together with the same phone number used for the order. The page will show the latest fulfilment status recorded by Trishma.
04 Will my handmade product look exactly like the photo?
The overall design will match the product shown, but small differences in fabric placement, wrapping, shell shape, wood grain, or colour may occur. These natural variations are part of handmade work and are not considered defects. Screen settings can also slightly affect how colours appear.
05 What should I do if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Keep the original packaging, take clear photos of the item and parcel, and do not use the product. We will review the details and explain the available return, replacement, or resolution for an approved claim.
