If something is not right, tell us promptly.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving an item if it arrived damaged or incorrect. Keep the original packaging and share clear photos. Handmade variation in colour, grain, weave, or form is part of the product and is not considered damage. Approved returns must be unused and safely packed.
